Just got back from a "Whine and cheese" elk bulging event at Black Butte...and elk feeding ground. Called elk and had a wine/cheese/fruit/beer thing. Green river valley land trust works with landowners to conserve their land. This was an event to show a benefit of that effort. I rode out to the area with a carload of fish and game people, biologists, retired law enforcement, etc.

Best true story of night:
Farmer and his boys coming back from wood cutting see an elk and shoot it. They bury it under the load of wood in the truck. Driving home they crest a hill and there is the fish and game guy. They stop and chat for awhile and then the fish and game guys says: Well, better get that load of wood home before it bleeds to death.

Xman that is why you and I are so blessed. You have those hunting and fishing trips to get you away from all this madness, while I have the farm to retreat too to get away from all of it. The peace and tranqulaty to get the mind straight. Nature sure knows how to balance things out.

I am ashamed of both of you. Even in this economy, do you know what it costs to keep up 5 homes. And after screwing the public, don't you think they deserve a vacation?

You two just think about yourslves, and not how rough others have it.
