It was important to display this new capability on a world stage in order to discourage any awakening souls to lift their chins off their chest. Yep, Kucinich was the only one truly sticking his neck out to impeach these guys, and Conyers always teased us about it, and Harry Reid and Pelosi just didn't do their job and follow through after the 2006 election...they should have cleaned house. And the whole bunch should have done their job and investigated BushCo lies about the reasons for going to war in 2003...that's their job in a checks-and-balances government, and they didn't check or balance BushCo, but protected their own necks by putting on their flag pins and pretending to smile while the shock and awe kicked off the quagmire and the war profiteers looted this nation that was already trillions of dollars in debt.
