YouTube: The Anti-Propaganda

During the Cold War, Radio Free Europe supplied uncensored surrogate free news to the nations behind the iron curtain. And today…Amerika has YouTube.

John McCain’s YouTube Problem:

I wouldn’t call this a “YouTube problem” as much as a “McCain’s big head can’t contain all his bull excrement” problem.

Bush and McCainThe world may have never thought somebody more unqualified than Bush would be our Republican candidate, but it seems the corporations, their lobbyists, and their media whores have decided the American people need more stupid. And, according to the same whores, it’s going to be a tight race between McCain and Obama. And, what if they’re right? What if most Americans out there somewhere — I still see “W-The President” stickers — really do want more stupid?

If McCain can’t better hide his lack of enthusiasm, out-of-touch eliteness, and bent for lying, maybe he should apply some straight-talk-express to his own intelligence, fess up that he’s a moron, and convince us that’s what we want. This slogan might work well in his next TV spot: You elected George W. Bush twice. You invaded Iraq for $4 oil. That’s a mandate on stupid, stupid. Vote for me: John McCain! I’ll give you what you want: four more years of more bigger stupid.

White House Propaganda Team Busted in Action:

Look at them yo-yo’s, that’s the way they do it. They spin their lies on the Faux TV…

What a buch of morally stunted, anal retentive, potty hopping, namby pambies!
Great way to lead by example.
So Presidential, Little George and his posse.

Great to see you cut loose a bit, Joe.

  2. JoeC Says:

Xman: I think you have just coined the excellent phrase “potty-hopping namby pambies”! Nixon had his White House plumbers, and now all future reference to the Bush 43 administration should make reference to Bush’s White House potty hoppers.

  3. jodi Says:

Speaking of potty hopping. Ana’s teacher wants us to sign her up for potty training class. Not sure if I am in the mood to have someone tell me how to potty train my child.

I will NOT watch Ari anymore than I have to..so no, I won’t click your YouTube with him on it. ;)

As for McCain he can kma, he won’t win the election but he will win the hearts and little minds of the wingnuts who really believe our occupation of Iraq is a good thing.

  5. JoeC Says:

I don’t blame you, Dusty. Watching Ari say how heartbroken he was gives me the creeps AND makes me want to slap the guy. I guess I’ve lost a little faith in America, because I think there are enough bigoted warmongering xenophobic idiots out there who can’t think without Fox News telling them what to think who will choose McCain and make it a tight race. Scares the daylights out of me, too. According to them, the occupation of Iraq IS still la good thing, because even though there were no WMD or chemical labs or remote-control airplanes fitted with anthrax crop dusting attachments, we are still bringing them mad cow tainted Big Macs, so the Iraqi folks should still love us and be glad we’re there. Put it this way–a few days ago, I saw a car still sporting a “W: the President” sticker, and looking very proud of it.

Click on my name to see how we can win the propaganda battle. It’s a letter I published in a student newspaper.

  7. Xman Says:

    Hey Gang,
Been camping at the Great Basin National Park for a week. Climbing, snap-shoting, exploring, holding my breath and swimming into spring caves, checking out the Cat-Houses in Ely, NV (just a drive by ;-)….and generally re-balancing my emotional PH.

Glad to see you all still holding down the fort.
I like Amy Goodman on www.democracy.org for a real alternative to the headline news garbage. And agree youtube is a good forum.

Xman: Sounds like you had a great break from the rat race and enjoyed some real living! I didn’t get out to the wilderness, but I’ve been offline for about four days myself…fathers’ day weekend, took a day off from work, read some Ray Bradbury and Walker Percy, and hung out with the family and had ice cream and pillow fights and a paddleboat excursion on lake in town…summertime and the living’s easy…it’s back to work today, but like you put it, the emotional PH is a lot less acidic than it was a week ago ;-)

  9. Indigobusiness Says:

Potty hopping is a neat trick for them that crawl on their bellies like a reptile.

All butchered grammar aside, I used to live up the road a piece from Great Basin, XMan, I wish you’d taken me with you…sounds like you had a blast. But what was the big hurry in Ely? :)

Joe, if you like Walker Percy try The Thannatos Syndrome, and a little gem titled The Second Coming. Walker Percy sure has an interesting take on things.

  10. JoeC Says:

Thanks for the recomendations, Indigo. I’m really enjoying Percy’s writing, and I’m going to be grabbing some more of his novels soon, so I appreciate knowing where to start.
