Iran Rejects Atomic Bullyragging
On Monday, Iranian envoy Ali Asghar Soltanieh said Iran would not submit to nuclear inspections while other countries refused to even sign the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty(NPT). He said this in Geneva, Switzerland, at a meeting of representatives of the 190 countries who HAVE signed the NPT, including Iran.
Fact check: There’s only about 194 countries in the world.
So, which 4 countries haven’t been able to find the time to sign the NPT since it was invented forty years ago to curb the growth of nuclear weapons?

Hey guys,
Since we only “know” the info we are fed, thought I’d share some readily available youtube videos to counter our brainwashing.
I think all you have to do is cut and paste into your address bar.
My Favorite. Gee, looks so much like us, which I think was the point.

Awesome videos, Xman. Sure isn’t the picture of radical religious America-haters that our media paints all Iranians out to be. These videos are a good start to painting away the ignorance about Iran. I think another great idea would be to get a “Save Iran from Neocons” arena rock tour with a few super groups, and yeah, throw in Britney Spears, too. The resultant DVD showing regular Iranians having fun and interacting with the bands might be enough to take a little air out of the neocon “Bomb the Iran monsters” balloon.
Great idea, Joe. If I was a promoter or could even carry a tune, I might get into it.
I’m in Wyoming now. Lots of folks who watch FOX. I have borrowed a comment (was it from your site?) that I use in response to redneck comments on Iran: “Yeah…how did our oil get under their sand, anyway?”. Hoping to plant a seed in very barren soil. Might get lynched before it takes root.
Geez Joe,
I just watched the zeitgeist movie.
Have you seen it?

I need to get hammered.
Xman: Yeah, Zeitgeist really blows the blinders off, no? Here’s my take:

btw, Rick Steves (PBS travel guy)is blogging from Iran over the next 10 days.
Promises to be very interesting.
He calls it his personal mission to prevent war. Something like that.

Awesome…that’s just the sort of thing we were talking about, somebody like this helping to humanize Iran. I gotta add a post about this…will do when I’ve got a bit more time to give it the thought it deserves, but in the coming day or two. Thanks for the heads-up! I’m going to be following Rick Steves’ blog on his trip.
Joe,
Are you familiar with http://www.globalresearch.ca?
It is the most comprehensive “Globalization” site that I have found.
They are into the Iran thing in a big way, right now.
Good luck on that “day or two”.
No, Xman, I wasn’t familiar with that site. But I’ve added it to the links on the right now. Just what I need…MORE interesting stuff to pile on a list I can’t wait to read ;-) So much good information and news out there like the Globalresearch site, it’s just almost unimaginable that the main stream isn’t giving us more of this stuff…subscriptions would go off the charts, but I guess the corporations would pull all their ads…
