Dictatorship Transition Complete

Safe StateOn July 17, 2007, George W. Bush completed his transition of the United States of America from a democratic republic to a bona fide dictatorship by issuing Executive Order: Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq.

Since every soul on the planet is a “Certain Person,” this Executive Order concerns YOU. We are now one giant step closer to a police state.

No Action Required

To suffer the wrath of der Fuhrer, no action need be taken on your part.

As His Executive Order explains, due to “the unusual and extraordinary threat” to our national security, if the Decider decides you may pose a risk to bringing stability to Iraq, your property and assets will be frozen and you will no longer be allowed to receive a paycheck or to purchase…anything.

I wanna be a cowboy! No court, jury, or trial involved.

Heil Amerika!

Post Scriptum

P.S. This Executive Order applies to U.S. Congresspersons who would unwisely choose to pose a serious risk to Iraq’s stability by advocating the removal of U.S. troops from Iraq.

P.P.S. This Executive Order applies to U.S. citizens who would unwisely choose to support financially, vocally, or via suffrage, any congressperson subject to the Executive Order.

P.P.P.S. This Executive Order applies to any U.S. Media which would unwisely choose to advertise opinions that dissent from der Fuhrer’s opinions, and thus, participate as a subversive agent to His plan to bring stability to Iraq.

God bless the land of the formerly free, and yesterday’s home of the brave.

Impeach Bush and Cheney and restore our Constitution!

  2. JoeC Says:

And throw Pelosi and Conyers out for dragging their feet and making excuses to not pursue impeachment. America. Is. Fed. Up. We didn’t elect them to watch them throw in the towel without a single punch. We aren’t paying their salaries and their lucrative retirement pensions to see Pelosi and Conyers talk down to us and tell us why Impeachment doesn’t make good sense at this time. Pelosi, Conyers…in my book, they’re now officially part of the problem.

    I hear you, Joe.
I used to wonder why the Jews allowed it to happen to them. Since then I have learned it was gradual. They adapted a bit in between each new tightening. No one had knocked at their door yet. They had made it through one more night, maybe they could continue being lucky. Then they had to rat out a friend. But, it’s easy to find things that you don’t like about someone, so it’s easy to rationalize that your crime is not too big…and you do have to look out for your own. Measure upon measure, law upon law. Things got tighter and tighter. Then brains went into panic mode as the hand reached in and started plucking them out one by one or group by group or class by class.
Because the storm trooper is not in their living room yet, people think it isn’t happening to them yet. And if it isn’t happening to them, then it really isn’t happening.
It’s going to get bad and then it’s going to get a lot worse.

Lindsey is having all these problems, and you guys worry about trivial things like freedom. I guess Kruschev was right when he said they would defeat us from the inside. We are our worst enemy.

  6. JoeC Says:

Visible over at Smoking Mirrors, who definitely leans antiwar and antiBushco, still asks the deeper questions…like, when we ask our leaders to end the war, do we really know what we’re asking for:

Tell me if you are willing to do without the satisfaction of any appetite, whether natural or manufactured? Look at the countries where our magnificent system has not yet penetrated, where life is simple to the point of the absurd by comparison. Do you want to live there? These very countries actually serve an important purpose in the great scheme of life. How are we to have the resources we need unless they come from places where people don’t use them? Furthermore, do you want to fight wars ‘on the ground’ in your own country? Of course not. These other countries provide us the landscape necessary to test the weapons produced from some of our most important corporations and the profits from the sale of our improved weapons feeds the economy that feeds you, you dumbbell. Yet you wish to tear this down? You might as well snatch the bread from the hands of your children.

If the neocons are derailed, and the military industrial complex and Big Oil and Big Pharma grind to a halt too quickly with nothing to fill the void, America is going to be in more of a mess than Iraq. However, it has been in a mess before, in the Revolutionary War, and in the Civil War, and the Great Depression, etc. The leaders/people just need to find the courage to do the right thing.

  7. Indigobusiness Says:

Freedom is sacred, and fundamental to the American promise. The day it becomes otherwise is the day America dies. Perhaps that day has come and gone?

Big Oil and Big Pharma and the Military Industrial Congressional Complex got us into the fix we’re in, it’s a form of the Stockholm syndrome to cling to them for salvation.

We are addicted to our poisons, and deluded regarding their impact. Our ticket has been punched and we’re in for the ride, like it or not.

  8. JoeC Says:

Indigobusiness: I think you’re right…we’re in for the ride…and we can feel the coaster creak and pop as the chain slowly hauls us up that first giant hill.

  9. esvl Says:

Well, I live in South Africa.
As long as bush stays in USA we are all glad.

  10. curmudgeon Says:

We’re in need of a MAJOR house cleaning! and it dosn’t end with Bush and all his minions being swept out the door. There are powers at work here that are doing whatever they can to retain that power. Follow the money! Who are the major contributers to Hillary Rodham Clinton’s and Barack Obama’s campaigns — and WHO did they support in 2000, ‘02, ‘04 and ‘06? You got it! this same money went to Bush and Co. We must end the strangle hold that K-Steet, PACs and major for profit corporations, Big Pharma, BIG OIL, Big Box ( buy cheap goods from China and screw America ) Stores have on America. Follow the money! If it supported in the past the mess we’re in now it will continue to support it, different box top same shit.

  11. Volga Says:

They are all traitors to the American people and guilty of treason. Time to start moving those guillotines into Washington.

  12. JoeC Says:

Amen and Amen. A major Washington house cleaning, with guillotines…might not be a bad idea!
