Pelosi Gets Election Congratulations from Bush
President Bush was up past his usual bedtime on Election Tuesday.

Leave it to them to call an education bill No Child Left Behind. They’re right about no child being left behind, because that legislation includes a provision requiring schools to provide military recruiters with access to facilities and the names and phone numbers of every student, or face a cutoff of all federal aid.
